The Rolston: Projects
The Rolston represents a symbiotic relationship between new and old, involving the full heritage restoration of the historic (1889) Yale Hotel, and the return of its 43 SRO rooms to the City of Vancouver in perpetuity,
along with an HRA agreement.
The new construction includes a residential tower and two levels of office with
retail space along Vancouver’s iconic Granville Street.
