LINEA & WAVE

Linea and Wave represent homes for approximately 1,000 people in Surrey’s burgeoning City Centre Area.  Located two blocks west of the newly complete City hall, library and hotel complex, the buildings were designed starting with the “The Future Lives here” motto for Surrey City Centre. 

Phase 1 (Wave) become the first private building to connect partially to the new Surrey District energy system, with Phase 2 (Linea) being fully connected.
